The Lodge                                                                                                                               As you drive down the one mile driveway to Grand Ciel Lodge, you'll be struck by the encompassing beauty of the open prairie. Our buildings stand as the only dwellings in the middle of a four square mile area uninterupted by section roads. It was designed with simplicity, beauty and privacy in mind but has all the amenities of home, and more. The lodge has six bedrooms, each with two large full sized beds, private dressing area and bath, private loft areas with access to wireless internet services, two full kitchens (which service both lodge dining and guests), a bar/TV game room adjoins the front covered porch.   To the rear of the lodge, the fireside room and adjacent screen porch overlook the rolling prairie and lodge trout pond where you can practice your fly fishing technique. The hot tub affords the same view from a private deck just off the screen porch. Add to that a pondside deck and dock and you've got a multitude of places to gather for drinks, hor d'oeuvres and meals and re-live the days hunt.     Not bad fly fishing technique! Enjoy casting and blasting? Early mornings and evenings are the best time to try your hand at catching a trout. Match the hatch and chase a rainbow!   Man and man's best friend relax in the Fireside room after a satisfying day afield.
